Leisure – Inclusion – Conferences – Hotel and Experience House in Much

Hotel FIT presents itself as a modern conference and leisure hotel with a wide range of possibilities and comfortable facilities. Thanks to its barrier-free design, both literally and figuratively, the entire property can be enjoyed by all guests and employees. Six double rooms are also fully wheelchair accessible.

    The idea

The guiding principle is the idea of inclusion. At Hotel FIT, people with and without support needs come together as employees and guests, bringing this idea to life and providing new impulses – barrier-free both literally and figuratively, and accessible to everyone. Here, we consciously recognise that all people are equally important and valuable to society when they are able to develop and contribute their abilities and opportunities.

      The focus

The focus of Hotel FIT is on the idea of normalisation. People with disabilities are offered employment subject to social insurance contributions. Hotel FIT is therefore less an institution providing disability support and more an inclusive business enterprise. The focus is on the satisfaction of guests and customers. Guests experience a warmth and openness they may never have encountered before, giving them the pleasant feeling of being welcome as a guest and valued as a person.

        And more

Hotel FIT also offers employees accommodation. In addition, various development and learning opportunities enable them to improve and expand their skills.
